Same brand and model filter every oil change? I've tried many oil filters over the years and believe it or not they will actually make a difference in running pressure due to surface area of the internals of the filter, the anti-drainback valve construction and other variables. If you get a higher quality one that's for an S2000, it may actually help a bit.

Ive heard/read that the S2k oil filters also help with increasing oil pressure, but never confirmed it myself.
That makes sense about the different oil filters. I bet that's it!

Even so, it may be worth trying before you go taking the oil pump off the car. I've only ever used Purolators on delivery cars that I service that get their oil changed every 3k miles on the dot. Wouldn't trust them on anything I cared about. They're cheap for a reason. The Bosch Distance Plus is what I've been using on my turbo Accord for years now. They are excellent.

Any updates? Were you able to try a different filter? You have Honda dealers/centers though right?

I found the problem guys, my turbo line didn't have in a restrictor so I put one in it and the oil pressure has gone up now

Ahhh, ok. that makes sense. Your oil pressure relief valve was probably never even opening then. Good to hear you got it figured out!
