Default Vanjen clamps info

Looking at using these clamps for my new setup. But wanna know if these would be my best choice. Are there any other clamping systems like this that are cheaper or same price that are better?
Just trying to find info on the best clamps to use.

Just took a quick look at them. Def look like just a cheaper version. I don't know if I'd wanna get the "cheap" version.

Def expensive but at least I'd only be using 3 at max but possibly only 2 if I could have a cold side boost pipe one piece if its possible to snake it in and out.

The pegasus clamps look like they would be a stronger version over the vangen. They don't have the name cutout causing a weak point like the vangen's do.

The pegasus clamps work great, but I still prefer the vanjen after having used both many times. They are just built better.

Dollar for dollar are the vanjen clamps worth the $50 more per clamp?

I agree

Ihave used both. The Pegagus are harder to get lined up and clamped and also leak at some angles. I'll be cutting off the Pegagus and replacing it with a Vanjen..

So the vanjen clamps are a little easier to deal with? The vanjen must work better with not having to be perfectly lined up.
How are both with engine movement? I will have solid mounts. The last setup with the mounts didn't move more then a 1/8 of an inch. Only know this cause the turbo was right against the headlight support and it was able to just barely nick it.

But are there any other clamps besides these two? Or should I just go with the vanjen?

im pretty sure that their name cutout has zero impact on performance.

Lightweight yo!

I've never used the Vanjen, but I always wondered how they compare to wiggins/hydraflow clam shells. It's a shame the ferrule is not interchangeable.

Wiggins ferrules are junk compared to the Vanjens..

I had to replace the ferrules (because they cracked) and wrap the Wiggens with a worn clamp so that it didnt blow apart.

nothing like a .50 cent clamp to hold the $200 one together. The van jens work i have had a few break on me but something you shouldnt be inspecting every now and then.
