tps calibration on s300
On my all motor b series I put skunk2 race manifold and 90mm throttle body. I calibrated my tps .50v closed throttle and 4.5v wot. when I go into smanger to set it up there. I get -5% closed and 60% open and idea how to fix that. Thanks

Re: tps calibration on s300
It has been a bit since I have done it, but have you read the throttle position with it closed and with it open?
There is a button next to the percentages that you click "read", this is when you have your laptop hooked up to the ecu and your tune file open, click the button when the throttle is closed and then hit it again at WOT. You can also go under the S300 ECU Guide and go to TPS Parameters and read more about it.

Re: tps calibration on s300
so I put the old throttle body and another tps on I'm still getting the same numbers. I was going threw smanger and the map sensor is not reading. so its either the ecu or the wiring harness. has anyone ever had s300 not reading sensors

Sounds dumb but make sure you have the most current Version of smanager. If you do already you can test the voltage at the ecu plug for tps voltage and make sure your getting good continuity from the engine harness to the ecu.

Have you updated the USB drivers to make sure they are working. Doesn't seem like the ecu and laptop are getting a good communication.
