roll bar question
 

i have a guy custom fabbing up a roll bar and he wants to know is it legal to have the rear down tubes bolt to the main hoop or does it have to all be welded... im aiming for 11s i highly doubt ill reason 10s so could someone answer this asap cause its holding us up ... and if you dont understand my question ill try to reword it ... thanks guys
