I have been dealing with them for 5 years now and never had one issue. If any of you guys every have any problems with Precision contact me over email and I will make sure we get it taken care of. That is one hell of a stand up company.

Same here! Harry is a straight stand up guy and everyone who works customer service, sales, and everyone behind the scene's there is top notch. I'm a Precision customer for life. The new gates look great and I'm sure their performance matches their looks.

PTE has always been innovative with their designs and parts that they manufacture. Its interesting to see how many new products in 2009 they came out with alone.

this year wont be any different. After meeting Dan at turbo school ( hes the one that designs all the wheels ect. ) i can see why they are deff invoative in this industry.
he has alot of knowledge & likes what he is doing & that goes a long way.

Two questions:

1) Has anyone switched directly from a TiAL 44mm to this Precision and seen LESS boost creep? (or more for that matter)

2) I might have missed it, but I haven't seen anyone post whether this is a USA made piece, or not? It might make a difference for some people if all else is equivalent, and the Precision price point is better.

I suspect that for many people, the extra price for a TiAL may be worth it if the performance is the same between this Precision 46mm and the TiAL 44mm, IF the Precision is manufactured in an economy that is less advantageous to our GDP. 'Cause that's how most of us choose a wastegate! LOL. . . Well, maybe not, but it might matter anyway to some.

I had the same thing happen, in my last dealing with them. I sent a turbo in to have the compressor cover changed, they sent back a turbo with a different exhaust wheel and different turbine housing.

This may be a stupid question, but has anyone tried running the TiAL springs in these? Those little bastards are pretty expensive for what they are, and I'd hate to have to buy more 25 dollar springs.

Both companies make a solid product. Both support the industry.

I support and sell both products. I let the customer decide what they want.

What is up with tials water cooled wastegate body?

I asked a guy that at PRI and he couldn't give me an answer, just a 'well it's to cool it, in case you want too' lol

I guess if they are in close proximity to the turbo or manifold in an endurance type car?
