It has been 3 years now, so I would say no :p It is mostly because of the powerband and gearing. It is stock EuroR port head.

Nope, the only thing that was opened up was to install KS balance shaft kit. Everything is put together by honda. The crank, pistons, bearings, and rods have never been changed.

i have almsot the same setup,
do you think rdx injectors will handle running e85, i am turning up fuel presure to make them 550cc

I thought h22s peak power at like 8000 whats the point in reving it to 9000 no power gain, or did the dyno show power all the way till 9000 with those cams, and head.

h22's can be reved higher but the reason is probably doing that is so when he shifts he isn't dropping out of vtec so he stays at max power the entire way down the track.

He peaks like just before 8k if you look at his graphs. If he were to shift sooner it would drop him out of his power too much. I'm pretty sure he has different shift lights set for each gear, I'm assuming he's winding out 4th to 9000 crossing the traps to stay in 4th gear instead of having to shift into 5th which would kill his time.

im surpruised it dosent denate and blow a piston or ring at 9k.. hard to understand

It is all shifting into the powerband. more powerband you can shift into, the faster you go.

yah i got a couple not best under boost but yah ringlands arrent the strongest. should be alright n/a not like he takes every gear to 9k 4th gear yah so he dosent jump out of powerpand passing the finish line.

They have said it already, the block hasnt been touched except for the Kaizenspeed BS kit.
