Nos51 makes 766hp stock sleeves billet 6765
Well here are the results of the billet 6765 journal bearing with a .68 t-4 backhousing on my k20a2.the car was on 32psi made 766hp,460tq.this turbo makes power really easy,made 631hp on 20psi.it lost some midrange and torque but it really picks up top end power just keeps climbing with the revs.i guess we will see how reacts at the track,going to pbir on wedsnday to see how it runs before the july 5th nscra event.heres a video of a couple of pulls and a pic of the dyno sheet.the green line is the gt4094r on 32psi vs the billet 6765 on 32psi.if i had the ball bearing version the midrange would def. pickup im sure.
quick run down of the setup:
k20a2 block,je psitons,eagle rods STOCK SLEEVES
stock ported head,ferrera valve train,ips kt-1 cams,afi intake manifold
precision billet 6765 journal bearing .68 t4 backhousing
ppg synchro box,cc twin disc

def. the k series i would say has stronger sleeves,i beat the **** out of this motor no hicups....

This thing sounds like its posessed by a god damn demon!, haha!
The powerband looks magical, seems like boost comes on quite early & linear for such a big turbo. Good stuff! ;-)
