A motec ECU and a sport dash would cost me 9kish. i dont even know if that includes the harness.
I would love the motec, but it just doesn't make since for me. Im street

the next closets thing would be a Racepack or race-tech dash. But the RD1 does everything i would have one of those do, so im good.
lol, simply hilarious,

Thanks Ahobbs, but I already got a all in one dash, just looking to mount a few other items, I thinking of placing it in place of my climate control unit. The rules in sfwd, outlaw are kind of sketchy on small details just don't want to fab something up just to hear its not allowed.

I bought the dash off Mike laskey sometime ago. I ended up buying it because at the time I bought the motec this time last year, it was so brand new no one had any template setups. We asked AIM sport and RacePak and they pretty much said, we will get to it when we get to it. I expected the car to be done way before then so I found an alternative. Id rather not say the price but I didnt spend too much more well. I did but not that bad. Now MoTec came out with this CDL dash which is way cheaper and thats the one i would have bought. Oh well. My model is the ADL-1.

Overall, Im glad I went this route becuase Im logging more than I ever thought I would and the other dash I would have been adding sometype of expansion module now lol.

This is my dash, not sure its relevant to the OP anymore though lol..

The car is built for UK time attack, i dont believe there are any restrictions on this.. There wernt when i started building it anyway lol

The car itself isnt finished.. I wanted something a little more specific to my needs and looking as tidy as i could..

Not sure im happy with it or not, might seem crowded in the picture but its not that bad in person.... I may end up moving 2 gauges to my pillar and that will free up some room ...
