Tial
Borg warner
Neptune

Race parts and street cars don't go together from what i've learned. I assume you have a stock motor, ring lands will go first.

I don't think the motor will survive long at more than 300hp? I would do forged pistons/rods and maybe springs/retainers if your going to rev it. Piece together a kit, enigine management, injectors and fuel pump and 250-400 should be no problem.

1000 they'll give you a little wiggle room for e85.

I would do at least 750's

Keep it simple for your needs. No need to go G23. If you have a budget of only up to $4000, there is no point in changing anything in the internals unless you already have them.

Please present a power goal and purpose if you want more specific sizes and part numbers for your build.

As stated, the names stated you can't go wrong with, but I'll put in a couple more.

Turbosmart
Garrett
Denso
AC Delco / Delphi /GM
AEM
Walboro
Skunk2 (for most things, others will disagree)
South Bay Injectors
Fuel Injector Clinic
Aeromotive
Mallory
NGK/DENSO
ETS Intercooler cores.

For anything under 500whp, no sir. Keep the stock camshaft.. This isn't like NA where you can just pile parts on top of one another (which you shouldn't do anyway) and expect even more amazing results. Adding the wrong camshaft overlap will actually cause you to lose powerband and driveability.
