Default coolant in crankcase catch catch can and water in valve cover catch can help

i have a new motor recently installed in my 93 hatchback it is a sleeved block But coolent in catch can does not seem right. the block had sleeves sink the smallest amount and so they pressed sleeves and resurfaced block They are darton replacement sleeves installed by local machine shop. i was told evey thing is mint and i had them install head on block . i it has a sls top mount and gt30 i had motor tunned by morgan at synapse motorsports and it runs mint. It made 402 horse and 315 torque at 19psi. i cheeked plugs thinking a sleve sunk and one would be washed clean they look good but cylinder 1 next to distributer is kind of carboned built up, the rest look good i have a hondata intake manifold gasket and i don't think i put silicone on coolant passage. what do you guys think let me know asap thanks for your help

First off #1 is on the timing belt end of the block.

If you don't want to say in public please PM me and let me know which shop installed your sleeves.

I also had sleeves sink when done by a local shop.

Morgan is a good tuner.

You don't need to put sealant on the Hondata gasket.
