Default 96 Honda Accord

Alright, I'm planning on rebuilding my entire engine for my 96 Honda Accord. I'm in need of some experienced engine builders on what to's and what not to do's so I don't end up blowing the engine when I put it in as I am 19 years old and haven't gone through this kind of project before. If anyone could help me out please email me at mitchcogar@rocketmail.com. I'd like to know how big of cylinders i could put into an F22B engine and/or maybe throw a bigger engine in it. I'm just looking to beef up my Honda for a little fun. Will I need a new camshaft? Rockers? Crankshaft? rods? Bearings? Gaskets? Pistons? Also, if I did want it beefier, would I need cast iron or forged block, pistons, etc? Like I said, please email me if you can help me out. It seemed like a fun project to get into.

A good thing to start with when building an engine is a goal, either a power goal or an e.t. goal. There is not as much aftermarket support for that specific engine so it might be a good idea to look in to a swap of some kind first. There are limited options for your chassis when it comes to engine swaps as well, K series are more expensive then the h series or f20b. It all really depends on your end goals.
