Should I pressure wash the underside of my Civic?
My Civic used to leak oil from every single seal on the engine, which covered the whole underside of the car in thick grease, which collected lots of dirt and sand. It bugs me a little, but I haven't had time to clean it yet. I kind of wonder if I even should clean it since the oil may help to prevent rust lol. But realistically the filthy grease all over everything probably accelerates rust by trapping moisture. Should I clean it? What do you think? Thanks.

Only if there's exposed ferrous metal. If its coated (like a painted underbody or oil pan), then no it won't rust anymore then when its covered in oil. Unless you see a ton of road salt and are negligent with your car's cleanliness, you won't experience any abnormal rust issues.
