Default Issue with carbon fiber spoiler

Hey guys, I apologize if this is the wrong forum to put this in but I wasn't exactly sure where to put this. My spoiler has an extra hole drilled in the underside of it, and I'm assuming when I hosed the car down Sunday night some water got in. I parked the car and went out to take the spoiler off Monday night and saw this. There was some water pooled on top of the spoiler (I did a bad job drying lol). The surface is still smooth, so it appears that this is under the clear, does it look like the fibers/weave itself is damaged? When I took the spoiler off water poured out of the hole. I was hoping I can repair it, either via detailing products or re-clearing. Or maybe I'll paint it, tried looking for body matched spoilers but most people prefer to leave it carbon fiber, body matched may be too ricey anyway.

Any input or help/advice would be greatly appreciated.
