Careful with that vinyl protection gun.
While most vinyl protectant is designed to protect your dash and other plastics, it is the lack there of that can be disasterous. It is mostly the older dashboards that are at risk. The chemicals could dry the plastic and in time cause the dash to crack. Modern dashes have built-in UV protectants so conditioning the vinyl holds no real value. You will find that a damp micro-fiber towel will be all the difference to clean that dash right up.
