Video Description:
A note from STC regarding the 6-bladed design vs. the current 7-bladed design shown on the video.
"Let me be the first to tell you both that we at STC really appreciate all of the support and continued opportunity to serve your turbocharger needs. We always continue to aspire to make great applications for both the larger and smaller engine displacement markets, and we are always researching and working with new ways to excise more efficiency out of our units, especially those like our flagship turbo which is the TR3030R.
With that, let me end some confusion. Some individuals had shown interestin TexasRoller's TR3030R, and TexasRoller needed to confirm whether or not that the version that he possessed in question was not only a TR3030R, but displayed the same characteristics that are noted on the video ,because the description and features video displays the newer design model of the TR3030R which is now known as the current Mark III. What isn't known is that there were initially two versions of the Mark III. When checking his paperwork as the original owner, he actually has a Mark III, but it was the 1st release of the Mark III (keeping the same wheel profile that is on our current model that is sold now) in which about 3 months after that release, we did a last minute change in blade-count (going from 6 splitter-blade to 7-splitter blade). We hadn't sold enough units to warrant re-naming the Mark III to something else, (because we already created our marketing strategy and print to promote the unit as the official "Mark III"), and decided to keep the name, even though there was this small change in blade count.
So, the version that is is shown above is actually a "Mark III", but technically it would be considered closer to be a "Mark 2.5". Again, we didn't really release that many of the 6-bladed Mark III like the one shown here, so we found no reason to change the version to anything else. We don't put the versioning in our invoices because it really isn't necessary; changes are made so little, that there's no need to put them in our descriptions on the invoice. Naming changes are rare, but they do happen.
That means here, TexasRoller has a 6-splitter bladed Mark III. Does that change power output for that anyone is trying to do with this turbo? No. Does that really change anything for ultimate horsepower output?. No, not compared to the 7-splitter-blade version that is the standard for the last 3.5 years. It's a genuine Mark III, it's the real deal, it does what is claimed, TexasRoller just has one of the earlier Mark III models.
So, please buy with confidence if you decide to get the TR3030R. There's no issue with this design, and still works with the videos still being used now.
Regards"

Not to speak on behalf of the seller, but he was clear it's a T31 2.5" 4 bolt configuration which is standard on Garretts, Turbonetics, Precisions, and similar companies.. Check with BWR to see if they use that same flange to make their 3" downpipes (It can, and has been done for years), as many downpipes use 2.5" flanges in which the welder flares to 3" for a downpipe.

Thanks Shodan,
BUT ALSO, please read the invoice. IT INCLUDES A GT 4 BOLT ADAPTER TO 3" V-BAND. everything on the invoice is included. This is straight out of the box just as i received it from the Shodan. The only reason this turbo never made it on my car is because i put my car into a wall.
In short, it will bolt directly up to your downpipe.
