Viren,

I received my 95lb injectors and tryed to mount them to my aem fuel rail and Jg Edelbrock manifold and I had no luck fitting them at all, I tryed making the injector fitment work with both either the o rings that they came with and also some stock o rings between the fuel rail and the injectors and also the stock o rings that go between the manifold and the injector and still no luck.......

I just wanted to know if anyone else has had this same problem and how you solved the problem, did you either have to modify the injectors or the manifold and the fuel rail...????

Adi, so what's going on then? did they not fit in the holes? too long to bolt in rail or what? Let us know what's up

Paul,

Basicly the part that goes into the fuel rail looks like its not a snug fit, and the the part that slides into the manifold is the same thing basicly it just doesn't look like its going to seal right with either the stock o rings or the ones that came with the injectors themselves.

I'm not sure but I just might have to take some stock o rings that go into the intake manifold and trim them down to make the injectors fit...

Length vise I will just have to compare them to some 440's I got or my stock injectors and see if they are the same length...

For the injector end that goes to the intake manifold, u should just put the oring in the intake manifold first, then set the injectors on top and screw down the bolts that hold the fuel rail in place. I know it seems that it might leak but they will seal. They are not like the RC injectors which seat all the way down. Hope that helps, Paul

Ok I will give that a try, now when your talking about the o ring are you talking about a stock o ring or using the one thats already on the injector..???

It just doesn't look like its going to seal at all and I don't want my car to catch on fire because of a fuel leak...

Your car will not catch on fire with a small fuel leak , Use the new orings if they fit in the intake manifold, as long as the very bottom portion of the injector fits in the oring, it will seal, don't over tighten them down, just make sure they are tight enough to seal. Give it a try and let me know how they turn out. Paul
