Complete JRSC Jackson supercharger kit 440 RC injector, Phearable ECU, CRV pulley etc
***EDIT: SOLD! ***
For sale: my entire JRSC setup from my autocross car... this was never used for track days, just two seasons of autox, plus one visit to Bandimere, and some light-duty commuting. It was on a '94 Integra GSR motor (B18C1).
Everything is in excellent condition... no stripped bolts/threads, nothing's cracked/rewelded, etc.
All you'll need to run it on a B18C1-powered car to duplicate my setup is a Walbro 255lph fuel pump ($90 new, or under $40 used), a couple hoses, and maybe some dyno time to make sure your A/F and timing is safe.
The JRSC kit alone is $2500:
http://www.supercharger.com/Shop/Vie...eIndexID=33372
- and you'll see all the extras I'm including (RC Engineering injectors, CRV/B20 OEM crank pulley for more boost, custom-mapped, reprogrammable Phearable.net P28 ECU, $80+ worth of new Goodyear Gatorback belts instead of the crap Jackson includes with the kit, Power Rev Racing intake manifold gasket/spacer, etc).
PRICE: $1500 + shipping (this stuff is heavy and bulky, so expect $35-40 depending on where you are).
CONTACT: hsunchen@hotmail dot com
Pricing comparison: http://hondamarketplace.com/showthread.php?t=2498682
Includes:
95% complete Jackson Racing supercharger kit with two sets of instructions (the original ones from Jackson, plus a pictorial version from C-speed). I left some of the rubber coolant hoses on my car since it was going to be a hassle to pull them, and the next owner would probably want to get new hoses just to be on the safe side anyway.
The supercharger itself was recently completely overhauled/rebuilt by The High Speed Lab (www.thehighspeedlab.com) with a Viton high-pressure nose drie seal, as well as having the drive coupling and timing gears replaced. This rebuild cost was $548.25. I can fax you this receipt if you'd like to see it.
I'd estimate the supercharger now has about 2,000 miles of use on it, at the most... the rebuild was done in late Dec. '07 (the receipt from The High Speed Lab is dated 12/31/07) but the car was not autoxed/driven hard after early May of '08... and the kit was pulled from the car several months ago.
Instead of the hokey rising-rate fuel pressure regulator Jackson provides, I used a custom-mapped Phearable.net-modified OEM P28 ECU ($175 + shipping):
http://www.phearable.net/shoppingcar...vtec-p-31.html
- and RC Engineering 440cc/min injectors ($300/set) to achieve excellent power and torque (dyno results by Tobi shown below).
I also obtained a Honda CRV B20 crank pulley to achieve more boost ($30), and upgraded all of the belts to Goodyear Gatorbacks... they are way more durable than the belts Jackson includes (and more $$$ - the buyer will receive two spares of EACH belt).
I created a custom washer to go behind this crank pulley to achieve perfect alignment with the supercharger/alternator - this is critical to avoid tearing through belts on a regular basis.
I also used a P2R phenolic intake manifold gasket to reduce the effects of heatsoak for more consistent power production:
http://www.powerrevracing.com/intakegaskets.html
That part will be included too ($35 by itself).
I'll also include a custom-made throttle body MAP sensor blockoff plate you'll need, and an admittedly-hokey-looking throttle cable bracket (which worked just fine for over two years, and passed multiple tech inspections, thankyouverymuch).
This setup made enough power to almost keep up with a certain very-well-prepped supercharged E36 BMW in SM class... if only I could have driven the EGbeater better.
It dynoed 216whp/163wtq (done on a Dynapack, not optimistic Dynojet figures), with very conservative ignition and fuel settings to keep it safe under hot summer conditions.
I've also got receipts for $300 worth of new parts from Moss Motors (the authorized distributor of Jackson SC parts)... just so you know that I didn't use a bunch of used, tired parts when I installed this setup on my car in late-summer '07:

bump for my good friend!
I can vouch that this JRSC setup is in excellent condition and makes some serious zero-lag torque.

Re: Complete JRSC Jackson supercharger kit 440 RC injector, Phearable ECU, CRV pulley
Bump...
I'm thinking I'd rather keep the 440cc injectors, so I'll sell the rest of the kit for $1300 (plus shipping/Paypal fees).
Don't want the phearable.net ECU? Take off another $100. And if you don't need the CRV crank pulley and extra belts, you can pay $50 less on top of that.
