Default upgrading manual transmission 4speed to 5speed

I have a 1982 Honda Civic Hatchback 1300 with 4speed MT. Now, I saw a 1982 Honda Civic Hatchback 1500 GL with 5speed MT in the junk yard. I was thinking upgrading my 4speed transmission to a 5speed transmission. would this be fit no problem? I check with the honda dealer the clutch kit are the same for both cars.

your help would greatly appreciated.

I recently did this very thing with my 83 HB. Works wonderfull well ...except for problem with the carb. See my post on 83 civic carb problem. I also put the 13" wheels from the 1500 sedan on my 1300 HB.
