Troubleshooting 1987 Civic- Car is now stalled after running idle long time

Last winter girlfriend left engine running on my 87 civic while she finished plowing her road. Car stalled and sat with ignition switch on for some time. Now car is dead. Cannot jump start. Did something get fried?

of course, do you have gas, old gas goes stale and loose it combustion property, also in some ignition system if left on without the engine running the coil fries or other compoenent in the distributor, time for basic troubleshooting of spark,
