I am going to pick one of these up myself here in the next week or so (still have to make arrangements).
Mine's a 1986 Civic Si. Here's a picture

Where did you get all this OEM stuff for your Si? I especially like the fog lights!

Just random places online and junkyards that have alot of old Hondas. They are really hard to find parts for but Iv managed to do pretty well so far. Next on the list is some more Mugen goodies, radiator, shift linkage, timing belt, gaskets, suspension and brakes. Gota get it all done before summer. Nice Si by the way! I mite be able to find you some OEM fogs but they are really expensive, up to $300 or so and pretty hard to find...

Man, you just have the greatest stuff. I'm thinking of putting up a website dedicated to older Honda's and would love to have those scans (to make them available). Would you be able to send me the scans of these catalogues?
Do you also happen to have the 1986 Civc?CRX brochure that dealers gave to interested parties?
I'm really just starting to collect things from this time period as my other ride is a 1991 CRX HF (in original condition).
I like my cars original but all OEM stuff is allowed of course

That is a great site for sure. I think I was more thinking of a site where you could find a whole bunch of original marketing material. I always get very inspired by seeing the images of the cars in brand new condition (wanting to make mine look like that then as well).
Redpepperracing is undeniably a great place to come with questions about practical things (and find used stuff).

I found all of these pics online but Id like to own the origional catologs if I could ever find them. Pretty hard stuff to get for these old Hondas so the search continues...

WOW, look at that dual tip "sport exhaust!" I wonder how effective it is in comparison with a more conventional canister.

Wouldn't it be great if there was a showroom where you could just walk in and buy any of this stuff if you liked? To be fair: it would probably be pretty expensive if you would translate the prices of the mid 80's to what it would cost now, but at least you could start saving for it and know it's there.
I like some of the decalls I see and those F1 wheels and seats.

I just found an old school DC Sports short shifter with new linkage and some Mugen CF48s that need a full restoration so I have some more work ahead of me. Then its off to my friends shop to buff out that paint and take the stripes off.

Does anyone have some pics of Si's with striping on the sides? Either from dealers or original Honda.
I just think the stock US Si is missing a little something on the side and I am sure it can be reproduced from good pictures. Any Si photo material would be appreciated!

Also curious what that DC short shifter looks like. pics?
