Honda Beat. '91. Our weddingcar.
Yes, we bought another car..
We now own 5 Honda's

Just 2 weeks ago we went to Blackburn where we bought Bobby Beat from lovely Sarah.
Bobby is going to be our wedding car this September. After a long adventure, we arrived in the Netherlands and shortly after that we decided to give Bobby a whole new life. Bobby Beat was already in very good condition but because our many years of pleasure to have with this car, Bobby get his reward with a new color.
A week later, Bobby is completely gutted by the painter. All interior parts I thoroughly cleaned and looking back like new! Today I just came by to look and it looks really good!
Hopefully Bobby will be quickly with us to enjoy the luxury life!

Never say never. From what I hear, they are able to come into Canada quite easily now. My friend in NY has one that he bought in Japan, had it shipped to Canada, registered it, then drove it across the boarder home.

Yeah japanoid.com sells them for about $9000 last time I checked. Just a few hours from me up in BC. But I don't know about getting it across the border. Getting it registered here in the US is a whole other story. They check registration and ask about vehicle ownership every time I come through the border. Though, I could always leave it at my grandma's until I can figure out a loophole or get it legally registered, since she lives in BC as well. :D 91 might be a bit new yet to try and meet EPA and DOT safety standards.

Very nice car man. Are you going to be doing anything to it performance wise or just restoring it to stock? I read up on these cars and they didn't really seem to wow anybody with their speed. So are you going to change it at all?

the car will be 100% stock. the engine has an open air filter and an stanless exhoust.

seems fast to me. But that is in KMH so I don't have any reference. Sounds great though. Wish they would have sold something like that in the US. Great looking car.
