Hey all, looking into Civic's as a first car. I need help!
I am looking to buy my first car and preferably it must be a Japanese one. I can't stand Euro boxes...
Anyways, I found this little gem on piston-heads and I was wondering how decent of a car this is? I checked out the insurance and it's dirt cheap so this thing will be perfect for me. Also, I'd want to keep this for a while and restore it to almost brand new condition, with the intent of tuning it for track days. How readily available are performance parts for this?

P.S. I am NOT looking to rice this out, I want to tune this properly when I have the time to do so! !

The only downside to these is that they're not fuel injected. They do get excellent gas mileage though. I could pull 50 mpg on the freeway with mine, but it is the 1300. That's a good looking car though. I'd buy it if it truly is a sound car. Good luck!
