Hello out there, my name is weldon got a 87 accord lx-i. Have issue with the pgm-fi light is on.

the car start and runs perfect with no issue.

I read and search on how to read codes on the 87'. its putting out error code 6 or error code 7. really short flash and its fast too.

so, i went with the error code 7, that is TBS. Replace the TBS with a use one cause no parts store or Honda Dealer sell them no more. light still on. Replace two injector, the other two was still in good condition. Put seal on them. Replace IACV with a use one as well. Clean the use one too. Light still on.

So, I went with the error code 6. Replace the coolant temperature senor, nothing still. Replace coolant fan switch, nothing still.

Just found out the coolant fan does not work, I hook the fan to the battery and nothing happen. CAN THIS CAUSE THE PGM-FI LIGHT TO STAY ON. PLEASE ME.
