Engine for my 85 crx
Ok Ive been doing some research and I'm a little confused. I have a carb'd 86 crx with a blown motor. Will any D-series pretty much bolt up? I know I have to change the lines for fuel injection but I know if I want to put a B-series in there I have to buy the mount kit. Also any recommendations from people who have done this before. Should I go D or B series? I want to keep everything under 2grand, is that reasonable? Thanks for any input.

Re: Engine for my 85 crx (WookinPaNub)
no D series will bolt up EXCEPT 86-89 integra. b series will 100% cost more than 2 grand unless you get the motor for free. axles/mounts/shift linkage is close to $800 or so. plus you've got to use parts off of an 86-89 teg for the knuckles.

Re: Engine for my 85 crx (E-AT_me)
Would it be easier/more cost affective for me to use an Si motor(d15A3) ? Or is swapping the integra engine(d16A1) going to be worth the extra 24 Hp? 91HP Vs115 HP. Or could the extra money from the integra swap go towards building the Si motor. Just trying to weigh all my options. I appreciate everyones help.
