Default 87 CRX Si - Vacuum Leak?

So I have high idle or if I mess with the idle adjustment with spring I get surging idle, I saw the PGM-FI light come on as well. Still looking to see if I can find a solution online, but since this is the first gen model, I see more stuff with the later models come up. Any help to point me in the right direction would be great, I don't have the manual yet, since I just got the car yesterday, so basically just want to dive right in and start troubleshooting problems that the car has. Is it possible that this is a vacuum leak?

So I cleaned the IACV and it was only a little dirty, the spring was visible through one of the holes, the bottom one as if it's installed on the car. What do you guys thing?

I think I found one vacuum leak, a component on the firewall that has a cylinder on top of it is missing, I could feel pressure coming out when I tried to plug it. That seem to help the the surging issue but not the high idle. Is it possible that I have leak somewhere else?
