nice find.where in NY are u located? looks to have no exterior rust but be sure to inspect the floors. especially around the rockers and torsion bars mounts.

why worry about gas price?u still gonna swap into another i-4 dohc vtec fast and gas saver.since da motor is good u can always use for backup.

Sweet find!! Don't forget to check the condition of the timing belt due to age of car. Would be awful to ruin a low mileage motor due to age of timing belt.
