87 Accord 2.0 (carb.) head and valve questions
Sheared teeth on timing belt about 6 months ago at low speeds. Put new belt on, things seemed fine. Couple weeks ago I suddenly have no power, and car is running like hell. Nothing showing in oil. Compression test showed 130 - 0 - 0 - 105. Tested twice, same results. Upon pulling head, blown gasket between inner two cylinder's confirmed. A lot of build up on too of Pistons, and on both sides of valves. I figure it's a good time to see for sure what's going on with the valves. I backed off all the rocker arm adjustment screws and all but 1 rocker arm is free. I figure this should have all (but 1) valve shut and throw some water in there.. almost every intake valve and 2 exaust valves leak immediately. Is it possible these valves are being held open by the carbon deposits and are not bent? I assume I can clean them up, and lap them in to determine if bent or not. If they are bent, when I replace them, can I just lap them to match the seats? Why is one rocker arm not loose with adjustment screws completely backed out? When I pull the rocker arm assembly I can't confirm if I loosen bolts in reverse of installation sequence or start in the center and alternate out, etc.
Will guides be affected if valves are bent? Lastly, dealer, and many online searches say these head bolts are not try bolts and can be reused. While this scares me to do, J am not in a position to spend the 10 bucks apiece on new ones. Anyone confirm that these bolts are safe to reuse. They appear alright visually. If I am not checking something, or if there is anything else I should know, it would be appreciated.
Thanks

Results are in.. almost all valves bent to some degree, and multiple cracks between the valves and the spark plugs. Probably for the best since I got another head that checked out fine for less than I could have replaced the valves for. Added bonus... I also have a new boat anchor.
