My radiator fan sometimes comes on after stopping the engine, even when the engine doesn't seem abnormally warm. And it doesn't come on when the engine is getting really hot, like when climbing a mountain. I short the leads at the connector to the thermosensor and the fan doesn't come on, which tells me that the circuit isn't the one shown in the official Honda workshop manual. I replaced the thermosensor and it made no difference. Any ideas ? Is there a relay involved somewhere ? Thanks for any hints.
