1985 Accord - Need Part / Help Finding
 

Hey guys,

I own a 1985 Accord that is basically 95% restored. Has 30k miles, all new electrical, vaccum lines, etc.

The only part I am missing though is the throttle cable bracket, which is a black bracket that sits on top of the valve cover near the carb.

Without this piece, my driveability is extremely messed up, and affects idle, hill climbing, and 4th gear severly. I have the 1.8L 12 Valve CA emissions 4 speed automatic accord.

So if you are parting out either a 1984 or 1985 Accord, or happen to have the throttle cable bracket or know where to find one etc, please do reply and or message me. I will pay for the part and for shipping.

The piece is discontiuned, and the Honda dealership said that the part wasnt even in their national database.

Should I just try to search for entire engines and call and see if they have the part I need?
