Default 1977 CVCC seats?

I just bought a '77 cvcc for my sons first car.
It's in pretty rough shape, so we have a lot of
work ahead of us. The interior is pretty much
gone. So, first of many questions. I can't seam
to find any parts for this thing. Are there seats
from other years that will fit?

All 75-79 seats are interchangeable. Later years can also be used with slight modification. 1stgencivic dot com is a great resource for your project. Good luck.

Thanks for the info. Does it matter as far as 2 door, 3 door, or hatch?

The 2 door rear seat may be different from the 3 door. The front seats are the same. You can go to hondapartsnow dot com and put in the different options and you should be able to confirm.

Yeah, I can weld in new brackets. I was thinking that
having a folding rear seat in a two door might be kinda
cool. It would let haul longer things. I just wasn't sure
if the width and shape would be the same.

Pull the glides off the orig seats, find some BMW ones (thin and light), bolt just the glides back in, weld some flat stock to keep them together, pull back off and adapt them to what ever seat that you might like.
On mine, if I don't just recover, I might just install a single bucket seat in the rear or you can pull off all the foam/cushioning and find some other back seat say, out of a Audi that has some 'contour' to it and re-hogring that on to it and re-n-stall. (looking to do that to my 90 civ 4dr with accord cushioning/fold down rest)

The glides from the 84-91's can be used. Just have to mod the mounting holes.
And the flat stock too.
