Hey Leo! I hope you got what you were after for the convertible. Good decision on buying the Coupe, they look dam awesome! I'm missing my coupe alot. I have some random NOS and reproduction parts for the coupe, I can email you what I have if your interested.

the Coupe body should be a lot stronger as well. i can't wait to see it done.
mine will be a long way off but with the price of S2000's falling sharply i should be able to buy a complete car to buy and break for the engine
the black paint around the side windows is exactly what i was thinking of on mine as well as a satin matt black bonnet (it's what racers did back then to stop sun glare) and paint the rear light surround satin black. looking at your S600 with the side window surround black i think it looks ok .
do you have a colour scheme planned for yours yet?
keep the pictures coming , my thread wont be updated for a long time yet.

Leo, glad to see that the parts finally made the 4 month trip. Since you have the coupe now, should I list my chrome pieces, extra doors, hood and rear deck?
I'll get you some pictures as soon as possible. The build is progressing slowly as I have five race cars and it isn't first on the list since the others are sponsored.

Please leave it bare metal! It's looking very tough!
Let me know when you want to go ahead with those parts.

Damn this is awesome, where in VIC are you Leo? I'm in South Oakleigh, I'd love to come past and check this out in person. How are you getting around the engineering certificate issues? I'm planning on throwing a J series in my Lude but a bit hesitant because of our archaic VicRoads bastard rules.
