Ran the crx at woodburn dragstrip last Sunday. All 3 runs were 11.9 on all seasons lol. First and second spun but overall the car did well. Trapped 114 hitting rev limiter shifting into fifth, 119 and 122. The car feels great. I don't think it needs anymore power for myself.

Just so you know, I had a dream last night where I was looking at all these CRX's, there was a girl with a 700hp one and she was bemoaning the fact that she has no traction. I mentioned your CRX to her and referred her to your build thread. Weird dream, lol.
I only got the first run on video which was the worst of the 3. As for power I was thinking it was about mid to low 400's from my guess but it trapped a bit lower then I expected. Honestly I have no complaints with the power it has. There's a few things I need to do to the car to make it more solid, rear discs, rta bushings and full alignment. I also put a full size battery back in the car and a new eBay aluminum fuel cell with a sending unit so now my gas gauge works again although it reads backwards. My buddy is gonna come over today and load the video onto my computer so I can post it on YouTube.
Haha yeah dude it's a blast. It feels like it should trap 130mph to me but my butt dyno must be off. Either way the traction alone is super awesome and overall I'm really happy with the car as a whole.
They were all low 1.9's. So not that great lol, with the turbo b20 making lower power I think my best 60' was a 1.73 at portland international raceway which isn't prepped nearly as well as woodburn is. I think I need to put a smaller wg spring in so I can pull more boost out of first and a little out of second but I also need to get some actual performance tires or get a lsd for front and rear.

My 60' has been 1.7's with Nitto NT-01. I'm still thinking I can improve on that too. Your CR-X is lighter than my Civic, so you should be able to get that 60' down even further. Glad to see everything is coming together. Fun isn't it?
Its kinda sad to see how dead these forums are compared to how they were, im sure everyone's migrated to fb to use instead of forums but fb doesn't stick around and you can't search the same as you can for ht threads from years ago. I feel like the forums are dying off.

Getting back into it some with my current 93 hatch and I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels this.

mine did 1.83 60's on "vee-rubbers" literally the cheapest tires I could find at $180 mounted and balanced. I'm pretty sure it's something in the viscous coupler probably time to rebuild it or swap my other one on. And this car is about 2350-2400 now with full interior, the cage, 11.1" front rotors and I'm back to a full size battery now which was the best decision ever. Either way I'm happy with it. It's plenty fast for me.

yeah the forums aren't what they once were but on the upside i think most of the dumb kids are sticking to Facebook now to compare their Dick sizes on who makes the most power in their clapped out cars.
Thanks man! I appreciate it. I was able to put the car on the dyno today after finishing a tune on a stock na b20v, the b20v made 147whp and 120tq. Not sure if the dyno reads on the low side but who knows, they are really just a tool for tuning. The crx put down 441/303 on about 19.5lbs. The dyno wasn't reading the rpms all the way out to 9k, not sure what's up with that but I always seem to have issues with their rpm pickup. The wavyness was from me having a hard time with the boost solenoid getting the right amount of boost. It was dropping to about 15-16 and climbing back up.
Not quite 5 and a half lbs per hp. H O L Y ****!!! 10:1 is considered competitive.. Great build for sure! I won't be AWD, but I may be entering the 400 club soon enough!
Those strut brackets are sick! Luckily my struts clear with room to spare and thanks txdragon. I'm prettt happy with it for it being my second bottom end I've assembled in my living room. Definitely more then enough hp for my on pump gas.
When it had the vee rubbers on it second gear would dead hook. With the all seasons second gear dead hooks from a roll but spins a little from a dig. And thanks guys I appreciate the kind words.
