switch over from subs to components in my 99 integra?... Need some advice

sup guys, ive been using subs with stock internal speakers in my 99 teg for a long time and have been thinking about maybe losing the subs and getting some nice components for the insides. I love the bass and all, but its finally becoming too much for me.

what kind of speakers will give me very good sound quality and wont leave me dissapointed if i leave my current audio setup? Right now im running 2 JL 12" subs with Audiobahn amp with stock interior speakers. My friends BMW 330 has Harman Kardon speakers and i really like the way it sounds. Are there any good speakers out there that will give me similar if not better sound? And i still want some decent bass. Sorry for being such a noob, thanks.

even if you amp( 4 ch ) a good set of comp's and your rears you will still not get that low end freq that a sub puts out. https://honda-tech.com/forums/images...s/emthdown.gif

hmm... then if i do keep my subs, is it worth it to spend more money on a nice set of front speakers and leave the rears stock or just replace all 4 of the interior speakers? what speakers would go well with my current setup? i was thinking maybe 300 for a set of front components?
