Need Help Alarm Viper 5706V 94 Acura integra
Hi i need Help installing My alarm
i sorted The alarm its a pager alarm. my old viper alarm came with my car is no good i removed all of that. i am not going to use The Remote Start if necessary but need my alarm working. its a 5speed so i dont need the remote start.
what is the best location for the motion sensors. i have power locks and power windows. also i already mounted the antenna as well as the siren.
whats the good power to hook up etc for the module?

you mean SHOCK SENSOR? Or do you actually have a proximity sensor??
Shock sensor...anywhere but it has to be ziptied to wire instead of actually mounting it.
Proximity sensor....center of the car, likely under the center console where the arm rest is. Make sure to not leave your cell phone in there while the car is armed. RF signals on your phone will trigger the sensor to go off.

That's a shock sensor. You ziptie it to a wire loom. It's not meant to be mounted.

not used
#5parking light output white on harness go to
red/black wire (dimmer dial switch)
#6 orange wires go?
not used (that becomes a ground wire, when armed)

#1 Blue door unlock goes to the black w red stripe in the driver kick panel.
#2 Green door lock goes to the black w/ white stripe. Also in the driver side kick panel. Be sure to test using a multimeter. The are a negative trigger (-)
#9 hood pin input
When you mount the hood pin switch I recommend mounting it on the core support. This will give you the ground (-) signal when the hood is opened. Using the spade terminal or soldering the wire to the hood pin switch you will then run the wire into the car through one of the grommet. Use wire loom. Also be sure to sand off some of the paint when you mount the hood pin switch.
#12 & #13 aren't used. Those are for the remote start feature which you said you are not using.
#15 Green door trigger input goes to light green w/ red stripe in the drivers side kick panel. Be sure to test with a multimeter. It is a negative (-) signal when any of the door are opened.
#18 is not used

Instead of using the hood switch that comes with the kit try a used oem switch from a bmw or some other car. I don't like the idea of drilling a hole and having it rust, especially if it is in a rain channel in the truck or hood. And the ones that I've seen in kits are so cheap they look like they will fail. I like those angle activated ones. Also you can get your alarm up and running for now with just a couples wires. Then add more later. The biggest problem on an integra with power locks is someone pressing the unlock button from the outside of the car. So read about fixing that. Then try to add time to the thief's break in. First he/she will pull some fuses or any extra wires or boxes under the drivers side dash area. Then pull the siren out if they can find it under the hood. (try inside fender) So add some dummy wires. Run different 12v+ than one would expect. Make it so you would have to take stuff apart to find the main control box, and make it hard to just follow the wires from the valet switch or the led light.
