Default Looking for 1994 Accord Ex Wiring Diagram Interior Harness

Hi all,

I am looking for an interior harness wiring diagram for my 1994 Accord Ex. More specifically, the harness that goes to the radio.

I am having a problem with my White with Yellow Stripe wire (12v CONSTANT). It constantly drains and it goes down to around 3-4 volts. I need to figure out why it's doing that so I need to trace the wire. My radio wouldnt power on because of that, but if I temporarily hook up the Yellow with Red Stripe wire (12v SWITCHED) together with the 12v constant wire then the radio turns on.

Also I noticed that my clock doesnt turn on when the key is in the 2nd position - it only shows the time when I press the big rectangle button...so I do believe something is going on with my 12v constant harness that goes to the clock and the radio.

If anybody could point me to the correct wiring diagram for my vehicle, and any advice, it would be greatly appreciated.

PS: I also have checked all the fuses - inside cabin and under hood - and all of them are good(no blown fuses).

Thanks

When you checked the fuses did you test them with a meter to check for continuity?

Yes. I actually found out that the harness has some sort of ground issue. I just ran a ground wire directly to the chassis of the headunit to a metal support on the console and made it work that way. Kind of a temporary solution.

My main concern right now is actually the gauge cluster back lighting. They usually work but then they sometimes flicker and or become really dim, and then sometimes they also go out and don't light up at all. CEL is actually a bit difficult for me to pull the code because the CEL light would go dim/disappear when checking the code(jumping the obd1 code wires). If I get lucky, the CEL would keep illuminated enough for me to count the blinks. I think it's another grounding issue but can anybody tell me where the gauge cluster actually gets its grounding from?

All the gauges work btw and is correct - fuel, tach, speedo, temp, even the lights are checks good when initially put the key to ign 1 (bulb check). It acts up specially at night when I have the headlights/gauge cluster backlighting ON. It would dim on its own, then go back to being bright, then go out fully, then go back to being dim again, so on and so forth.

Check the harness grounding point that is located in the drivers side kick panel.
Look for any signs of damage and/or corrosion.
