How to remove the factory stereo deck from a 92 Civic CX.
I know that you may not know the answer to this question, and it may seem silly, but I just can't seem to figure it out. I bought a new cd player for my 92 Civic CX HB and I can't get the panel that houses the stock stereo deck out in order to remove the deck. I have installed cd players in the past, but I can't figure out how the old deck comes out.
Any advice or ideas that you have would be greatly appreciated.
Thankx,
ScottPodj

Unscrew the plastic piece that holds the ash try/cig lighter.(4 screws) onces thats off, go look under there & look up. i believe there are 2-3 10mm screws holding the HU in place, unscrew that and the HU should slide out.
