Default Help removing center console 04 pilot

I have an 04 Honda pilot. It has the sliding compartment in between the seats. I lost my savings book into this area when it got caught behind the sliding cover, now the compartment won't open all the way. Please tell me how to access this area. I've tried to reach behind and I can't get to it!! Help
