Help with Main Relay Kill

I am trying to make a main relay kill, so that when my Viper 5000 alarm is armed, the main relay is killed.

How It's Wired Right Now

Problem: The car won't start and I can't hear the fuel pump prime when I turn the key to the (II) position.

Also, does "Dash Side" mean the plug side (the short wire) and pin 87a is the rest of the wiring?

BTW The car worked fine before I did this.

Dash side is the end that goes to the dash but you have the wrong diagram for a main relay kill

30 and 87a are for the main relay black wire
86 is true ignition
GWA from alarm to 85

Also, relocate the main relay. Grounding it will bypass this trick.

why don't you just have a stealth rocker switch, using the ground of the PGFMI relay....instead of the power? That's what I've always used and you don't have to worry about coming off and shorting itself out.

Thanks for the link baller status. That page is very helpful and I used it to get ideas for my alarm and I did see that link, but I want my main relay kill connected to my alarm and would preferably like to avoid an actual switch, but I'm just having a hard time since there doesn't seem to be much information online regarding a main relay connected to your alarm. That site is where I got the wiring diagram also.

I am actually using the ground for my main relay kill switch. I just didn't change the picture to reflect that. I got that wiring diagram from SuspendedHatches website Cause for alarm, but he only connected the fuel pump and a few other things to his alarm, not the main relay tho, so I had to improvise and I got stuck unfortunately
