Are head units interchangeable?
 

The radio on my 2009 Accord LX died today. It’s a base model with the 4BA0 head unit. Could I replace it with another model year 08/12 head unit like the 3PAC (6 disc changer/sat radio) unit? Are the harnesses the same? TIA!!
