How can i get my antenna to work on the cd player i got. kenwood 217. I keep tryin to straighten it and i can, but when i try to plug in the black antenna cord (from the car) it bends, and i cant get ne radio stations. Help would be help ful.

 

Maybe there's something still stuck in the female end of the conenctor attached to you HU?

 

dont think so, if i can ill take pics w/ the digi cam and ill try to find out how to post em...but thats basically the problem is that it wont stay straight goin in...thx

 

the tip is broken... i had a customer who did this and it was infact because the old car he took it out of had broken the tip of the old antenna and it was still stuck in the antenna hole. Just the center tip is all that was broken off
