2000 Accord Ex 4 cyl
I went to exit the car by pushing up the electric lock switch and the alarm went off. After 5 minutes of locking/unlocking, opening/closing the door, turning on/off the engine the alarm went off.Tried to get out the passenger door-same process to get the alarm off.Finally exited through the trunk.
Its saturday so the garage is closed.I can't find the fuse for the horn in the manual, just so I can drive it until the garage will take me.Or is there another solution?

Is this a factory alarm, dealer install, aftermarket non Honda or what.

Try unlocking the drivers door from outside using the key.94

I'm leery of playing with it since it can take several minutes of playing with the unlock button for the alarm to go off(the neighbors aren't impressed).
Does the factory system have a timer to shut it off?
Is there a fuse I can pull to kill the horn while experimenting-the flashing headlights will tell me the alarm is on

just take out, the fuse, it should be under the hood, its like a 5 amp fuse, but your radio would stop working too, that till you put the fuse back on...

the horn fuse location isn't marked in the manual nor on the fuseboxes.
I don't want to pull every fuse & test the horn-its usually the last one you try

like i said, its gonna be a 5 amp fuse, i believe theres only one or two,...
