94 civic speaker size question
ok i wanna know the speaker size of all the speakers inside the car and also how many sets of speakers are there? i know there are rear speakers, door panel speakers and tweeters, right? so is that tweeter, component and subwoofer? or what?

front and rear speakers are 6.5" round, EX coupes have door tweeters as well, i'm not sure on the sizing of these, but you can probably find out on crutchfield.

There is no subwoofer in a '94 Civic...
Nor are there components.
If the Civic is an EX (maybe LX or Si, not sure), then there are probably a tweeter "separate". This is not a "component". True component speakers have a midbass driver and tweeter which are connected to a crossover.
There is no crossover per se with factory tweeters, merely a filtering cap inline with the tweeter to "remove" the low frequencies that will damage a tweeter.
And why do people post threads like this? Do people really not know how to use a ruler these days??

Its 6.5 Inches, across the board, doesn't matter if its coupe sedan or hatchback, i've done all 3. if your putting rear speakers in hatchback your gonna need the rear brackets and grilles to do it right. '94 and '95 Si's came standard with them '92 & '93 did not. There are also some very rare hatchbacks other than Si's that had them installed as an accessory at the dealership.
