I LOVE your idea for the wheel well, that gaping hole has been bothering me so much on my ep3. Can I ask what the material you used is?

The material I used was some rubber mat I found at home depot
Why not? you can't make it?

Nope no spacers. The wider DC5R control arms pushed them out 15mm on each side.
Damn that sucks, there will be more though so no worries

OK so here goes the 1st installment of the new update! Day1/Night1....
So Tuesday I got started on the car around 11am. Worked all through the night and took a quick nap around 7am for an hour or so. Heres what I got done...
-Stripped all the suspension from the car
-Cleaned and stripped undercoat from the fender wells
-Cleaned suspension components
-Layed down POR15 in fender wells, rear sub frame, and suspension components

Installment Part 2 - Day2
Kicked off the morning with an early trip to get the new tires mounted. SHG_Mike also brought his GP's along to get some fresh RS3's
.
.
Once we got back I started installing all the fresh painted parts with some new hardware. I also fabbed up the tie rod opening covers you saw before.
The calipers are the only part that didn't get love yet, since I still need to get some stainless lines which aren't in the budget yet and will be a bit of a wait once they're ordered. Ill paint the calipers when the lines go in
.
.
Safety wire for the castle nuts
.
.
Loving these remote adjusters for the rear shocks!

Third and final installment for this update! Day3
Got the car on the scales Wednesday night, aligned her and got the cross and F/R balance set. Car was weighed and set up with a full tank and no driver weight since its more a daily and will often have passengers.
Specs are as follows:
Camber: -3.0F -1.8R
Toe: 1/64 out all four wheels
Caster: About -6 degrees
As you can see cross weight is nice and centered at 50%. The F/R balance is decent, but as youll see in pictures the rear is a tad lower to transfer more weight back, I didnt want it to bag too bad in the back so I didnt bring it to 60/40.
.
.
And here she is sitting pretty at my apartment

Your attention to detail amazes me.Atleast you bought the rear camber in a little more opposed to your old setup. Are your fenders rolled in the rear?

Yeah I brought in the rear camber a whole 2 degrees lol. Rear fenders were always rolled, and i pulled the fronts for the new setup about 1/2 inch.

awesome work! so clean and that homemade cover is sweet. Are you planning on keeping stock brakes? I have the Wilwood 12.2" setup. its inexpensive, super easy to install and will look great with your wheels. Food for though

Thanks dude! Stock stuff is staying for now, and probably will unless I find they dont hold up during lapping days. If I go aftermarket It will be a silver Stoptech kit
