Thanks guys

Cars undergone alot of work lately, Spent long hours underneath it scrubbing all the dirt and **** off the underbody, Undersealed the whole thing.

Got alot of new parts on the way, The rear end is 75% completed now, Has hardrace rear toe arms, skunk 2 rear camber arms, hardrace RTA bushs. Still to get are blackworks neochrome LCA's, and an ASR neochrome subframe brace and 24mm swaybar.

Up front its getting blox extended ball joints, hardrace lca bushs, hardrace compliance bushs, and skunk 2 pro plus camber arms.

I'll let the pics do the rest of the talking

Fuel tank before and after cleaning, This got resprayed satin black on the top and undersealed on the bottom.

Front uprights, Before and after cleaning

Everything is getting stripped and cleaned. All of the heater / fan assembly was stripped and cleaned.

Front gaurds

Engine bay atm, It's getting a respray - not shaving at this point.

Subframe and RTA's all painted up and ready to go back in.

Rear end, ready for reassembly

Rear end reassembled, D2's and GDL LCA's are only temporary.

Also decided to properly deloom the front end of the car while its in pieces. Heres how I've done the washer bottle motors / headlights / indicator / park light etc on passenger side.

Everything I'm doing myself and you end up getting a big sense of self accomplishment. Thanks for reading

Edit: not sure why my thread is in appearance / cosmetic sub forum?

Cheers guys

Just been working on the front end tonight. Got to assembling it and forgot I hadn't done the front shock forks Bolted on a dirty temporary one for now, Freshly painted ones will be on tomorrow.

Underneath theres Hardrace compliance bushs, Hardrace front LCA bushs, Blox roll centre adjusters and Skunk 2 pro series plus camber arms

Not sure if theres a build thread subforum? If a mod would move it to a more suitable place that'd be great

Thanks for reading!

Cheers guys :$

Had my new front brakes arrive the other day, Fitted them up. Calipers just clear my 16's :D

Had a bunch of things powdercoated

Including my front sway bar, Reinstalled that with new hardrace bushs and end links.

Also having the steering rack manualised. Should look and perform like a factory manual rack when its done.

Also got some tasty BWR neochrome wheel nuts :D

Block is at my engine builders getting machined for the new oversized pistons.

The block has been decked as it had a headgasket leak prior to the rebuild on the block side of the head gasket.

Since I last updated:

Finished my new engine loom

Had the steering rack converted, This involved removing the torsion bar from the pinion and installing a solid bar which was pinned to the pinion

Got new hardrace bushs, rack ends and inverted tie rod ends, new genuine boots and clips and installed it all

Had the engine bay resprayed (**** phone pic, doesn't like the bright colour of frost white)

Also cut all the seam sealer out of the roof gutters as it had cracked and was leaking.

I'm sure theres more but thats all I've got time to put up for now. New S2K master cylinder and spacer will be here this week, And will be getting a new brake master cylinder. All genuine parts of course.
