Default My cb7 build thread!!! picture intesive (56k ok)

so yeah my cb7 is my passion lol as everyones car is to them on H-T i finally got to the level where i felt semi comfortable at HIN with it.... from there it came all apart for a complete makeover....

HIN chicago march 06

so like a week after HIN the motor finally quit(f22a) bleh.... so its time to upgrade right

a bearing from the f22.

how better to upgrade

out comes the shitty f22... it really was a good motor tho

somehow in the process i ended up with this beater as well so i had to pull the motor before i sent the car to the crusher haha

build list:
Jdm H22A
H22A five speed trans swap
clutch undecided so far......
Ferrea oversized valves
Ported head
Type s pistons
Skunk 2 stage 2 cams
Skunk 2 springs and retainers
Hondata s200 on a p28
Autopower rollbar
Prelude seats
Header still undecided

and on to some more pics of progress....
Wiretuck almost done yo!

Fresh block ready to go.....

head good to go

Car is all ripped apart! fack that blows lol

the light at the end of the tunnel that keeps me going!

so oh yeah no ps ac or cc lol i want this bitch to be kinda lightweight
or either way comments are appreciated!

stay tuned as i will be having constant updates

Bad *** car still Looking real good! i finally quit on my CB though unfortunately, it was guys like you that kept me going, but its just got to the point where auto trackin a 16 year old car was too old for me... Things were breaking too quick to replace too.

Looks good thus far. I would like to see it all done...

I have no powersteering and no AC in my car, sometimes I regret removing the AC but I usually ride my motorcycle in the summer anway.
