My build up of my New 93 DX hatch
After my last project got totaled I'm swapping all my part to this one. It will be a slow swap over. As of right now i usually only get to work on it on the weekends. Whenever i do something i will post it up.
Coming home
I will have to cut the tunnel out of my red hatch because the guy i bought it from had a H22 in the car
GSR front Brakes
Tucked the Left side harness. Planing on using a S2000 clutch master to the reservoir off of the shock tower.
Tucked the Wiper Motor wires
Most likely going to put the Fuse box where the ECU was.
When i pulled the door panel i found this
Here is the picture of the Turbo i will be putting on. Its a Version 1 Peakboost kit. (mock up pics on the old hatch)

Re: My build up of my New 93 DX hatch
Got some more work done on the hatch.
Got the main harness out of the wrecked hatch and got it into the new hatch.
This is where i put the Fuse box
This is where the wires will come in from the engine harness
Got the wires ran along the passengers fender, I still need to extend the wires so that they will reach where i need them.
Here is a pic of my handles, If anybody wants to add a different touch to the interior of their 92-95 civic you can use S2000 inner door handles. The 05' and up have silver painted handles.

My New toy. A benen Tripod Front strut bar.
Mmmmmm Benen mmmmmm
Through last week and again today, This little guy has been there. People say that when you have a Praying Mantis with you, you will get good luck. Lets hope so.
Harness is all done on the driver's side.
And the passenger's side harness.
Her new angry face. Oh i cant wait.
My new headlights and corner i got from Ebay. What i like about these are they have the features i like of the OEM and the JDM lights. From the OEM it has the glass lenses, and from the JDM it was the citylights and the non nippled lenses.
The boost solenoid for my Greddy Profect
This is how i ran the headlight and city light harness's. It is the same on the drivers side.
Here is a shot from the passengers side.
The new location for my oil catch can. Still need to get a new filter.
Another shot over the passengers side. The radiator that is in there is dead. It got a hole in it from the accident, It was in there for a placeholder so that i could wire in the fan.
This is how im running the Oil feed line. You can also see the Hasport mount.
This shows my S2000 Brake master and booster, the S2000 Clutch master, and the Cusco brake master brace, repainted black.
Oil drain line and the Hot side of the charge pipes.
View from the bottom, Note the downpipe is not installed yet.
Exhaust housing.
Complete rebuild from Blaast Turbos. Had a piece of welding wire or the such go there and destroyed the Exhaust turbine. Thanks to my brother David (2gr84u) for the rebuild, and alot of the little parts that i needed to get this together.
This I have to say must be the single best thing I bought for this motor, my Fluidampr. This make my motor fell like it has stock mounts.(i have solid mounts all the way around)
Another view of the oil drain. Do you think this will cause a problem?
Fenders back on. The drivers side is all done and aligned, the passengers side still needs some work.
The gaps look damn good on this side. The best part is I got it on the first try. Also got the sidemarker and fender liner installed.
I still need to work this side. Got the sidemarker install on this side also.
The cold side charge pipe. Also the new home for the horn. I need to get these pipes powder coated.
Hot side pipe all installed.
Half the harness done. Still waiting for some larger sleeveing for the other half.
Close up of the sleeving.
Soon to come also is a set of Jim Fab traction bars.
