Looking good bro, hows your other motor going, I was following up on your build on another site but then other idiots had to **** it up for me. This build is going amazing, props for you my friend. Parts sales-man down here told me they don't sell bolts, but I see they have provided you with bolts, so can I get the number to your local Honda dealer since they help you out more then the ****ers down here. Good luck with your build. By the way, Thanks for the questions you have answer on the other site, never got to thank you for it.

Yeah man, gotta love those haters! www.hondaautomotiveparts.com sells all the bolts, I just had my local dealership price match them and bought the bolts directly through dealership so I didn't have to pay for shipping and all that good stuff. Shoot me a pm and i'll get you my local dealerships number.

Thanks for all the compliments!!
2/8/10: While I was at work today, I had the gf who was playing hooky from work take my stock flywheel to the machine shop to be resurfaced. It will be done tomorrow, but I prob wont be able to pick it up til later in the week due to work schedule.

Work! Its what keeps us on these projects, I had to put my manual conversion on hold since Christmas. Most likely being finished this week or next week. Be glad we still got our job so we could pour our money into our dreams, you know?

Yeah I can't really bitch about working right now, especially with a car half way done and a baby boy on the way.

2/9/10: One thing is for sure, traction is going to be an issues with this thing! So I took a step in the right direction to help solve those issues, called up MFactory and picked up one of their Helical LSD's. Mista Bone is supposed to come up this Sunday and tear my trans apart. After we get it all torn apart the internals are going up north to be Cryo Treated. The casing will be going out to my powder coater to be sand blasted and sprayed silver. Next up on the "to buy" list is Carbon Synchros from gear-speed and some bearings/seals and the trans will be done!!

Sick man, traction is one major factor that people don't really look into when it comes to builds. You should finish this thing quick before your baby boy comes along. Congratulations (SPELL CHECK LOL) on your baby.

Traction is a killer that is for sure. Hopefully the car being a 4dr and a little heavier will help get it to hook up, but only time will tell. I am trying my best to atleast get this thing on the road by April, the baby is due May 31st so that would give me a little breathing room.

2/11/10: Happy early valentines day to me!! Courtesy of the gf ARP flywheel bolts are ordered from Jegs. Just 1 more small thing taken off my "to buy" list. Future father in law is picking my flywheel up from machine shop for me tomorrow due to my work schedule, also hopefully parts at the powder coater and done and hopefully my lsd arrives. Could be a big day tomorrow

Same here, my mail box should be full of guddies for my car, and the over night conversion project begins. What is the estimated due date for your motor being fully functional?

whats up man?
build looks great so far I just had a quick question about your new block...
you said you found out the crank spun a bearing, was it on the rod journal or the main journal? cause if was the main journal then you have to make sur that the block wasn't messed up... the main journals would have to be line honed and then mic'd to find the proper bearing clearances... just want to make sure that you didnt build this motor just to have the same thing happen again.
well g/l with this build and keep us updated

2/15/10: The man in brown suit arrives!! What has he brought me this time? Why its just my MFactory LSD!!!! The best part of this purchase by far has to be the sweet *** stickers they sent lol. Only thing I can complain about right now is they didn't send me a T-shirt like we had discussed, guess they will be getting a call from me haha.
