Looks like some good stuff. I'm guessing you had a long wait time on the AMRs? He tells you weeks and it ends up months?

About 2 months over the original due date, with weeks of no communication. While paid in full. I hear it's hit or miss there, some people get their stuff right away some don't. From what I gather Andy has hired someone to help. To their credit the stuff is VERY nice. But they could take a page from Xavier at Wire-Worx or Dave's crew at Syncrotech's play book. Wire-Worx probably has the best customer service from a small business that there is....out of any business. That guy consistently bends over backwards for his customers.
