Thanks guys by the time im done paint and new fenders and new hood and so forth. $2400-2800 Ill add a 400 buck fudge factor in there.
I was pulling the interior apart and found a new set of JBL component 6.5" stinger 8 gauge and some stinger RCA's and also has a DEI alarm lol.
Ill post more pics tonight. The right side is ready to be tacked on and ground down then i can pull the windshild and rear glass do fix all the kinks there then i can scuff the car down and get it ready for paint. Paint the back of the new feners and the new hood.

Subscribed, that is a sick little EL you have there.
The civic looks terminal bro! Bump for a northerner bringing her back from the brink!

How good does that MTX sub sound? How exactly does it mount? I'm seriously considering one of those for my coupe to clear up some trunk space.
Your metal/sheet metal skill set looks awesome!
Are you welding with flux core? Looks like it in some pics - if so, I'm extremely envious. I can't weld with flux core on sheet metal for anything! It welds so hot!
What gauge sheet metal are you using? If you addressed that already, I apologize.

Hey man i put the MTX sub in my el and hooked it up and closed the trunk and wow it pounds pretty good. Its not like not 2 12's but it hits pretty hard down low in the mid and up high. I like the low end of it and the mids the most. It bolts in 2 spots on the factory brace. Its like 22 lbs ill weigh it tomorrow.
Yes im using flux core licoin welder. my setting are at wire speed 3 and arc at C or D . If its the oem metal its on C. When welding on old thin stuf, u blow holes if u clean ur wire off and just small burst it it tacks nice. Im using 20 gu on the panels and 18gu on the rockers.
Body work is not bad. You just have to get creative sit there look at it and plan it in your head or on paper. I did one side at a time so that i had something roughly to compare it to. Use sinlg ply card board like you know pizza pop boxes .
