There's a place in the US that does uni joint replacements, I was emailing them about buying a set of uni joints and then they stopped replying. You might have better luck though.

Yeah they are, Alex just got his back on the road after like 3 years of my hounding him about it haha. I think me finally getting mine on the road was the motivation he needed. There was a few other mates with DC2R's that couldn't make the shoot, would've been sick to have them all together. I don't think we've all ever had our cars on the road at the same time before lol.
Popped around to my tuner to get a hesitation ironed out on my tune, drives so mint now, love it.

I didn't end up getting them, I will later this year most likely. Bank account is still recovering from Japan haha...

Yeh sometimes you need mates cars to get up and running to give you a reason to do yours.
What was the issue? If all is sweet now you should take her to the 1/4 mile!

Re: EF5 4g 4wd 4dr
Yeah that's fair
There was a hole in the fuel map that made it stumble when taking off when the motor was at a certain vacuum. I think it was hard to tune it originally because I had those issues with my return spring on my throttle body. I'll probably wait until i get the final tune before taking it to the 1/4, but def's keen to see what i can get... Hoping for 13's, but probs a low 14. Have you taken yours?

Re: EF5 4g 4wd 4dr
Ah yes I remember. Well atleast thats sorted now.
Yeah a 13 sec pass would be good to see, waiting for our concerto friend to do it as well. I haven't taken mine, kinda want to but not on my priority list

Had a pretty cool weekend, saw these pop up for sale and jumped right on them. Exact specs I was chasing. Still unsure if i'll keep them white or not. Will have to throw them on and see how it looks.
Also had some EF hangs with these cool CRX's. The tan one is K swapped, and the red one is museum fresh - cleanest i've ever seen, both incredible.
Can't wait for some more EF hangs!

Not a great pic, but got my manual steering rack back together. Need to install it and align it before i get those new wheels on.

Ahh so you did the looped line method? Should look into the closed off method Ram and I did, sure you've seen it before. Much better feedback I feel

Re: EF5 4g 4wd 4dr
Started tinkering with my s2000 cluster. I wanted to add the boost light i made from my old cluster:
First i pulled it apart, and used the laser etched graphic which i fixed to the back of the s2000 warning lamp cluster graphic strip. Had to remove the black screen printing on one of the blanks which was a massive PITA. You can see it below.
You can also see a green textured piece of plastic i pulled from another parts cluster which used to be for an indicator. I reshaped it with my dremel and 3D printed a housing that it can clip into (also shown above)
Graphic looks like this:
Then installed the green light diffuser into the printed housing and installed it into the cluster, in a blank spot:
Graphic panel reinstalled:
And lit up:
It's not perfect, but it'll do. Next up i plan to lower the redline from 9k down to 8k...
